Membership Card
Your HOT Membership Card is a privilege card entitling you to savings at participating merchants. Please ensure you present your card prior to any bill/cash register transaction. Merchants have the right not to honor the discount after the bill has been issued. There will be no retro-active discounts.
Your HOT membership card is your private property for your exclusive, personal use and your paid guests only. You may purchase goods and services on behalf of your family/friends but you must make payment. Merchants may request to see your ID.
Discounts apply only to goods and services specified in the web directory, and may not be combined with any other offer. Though not required, a printed copy of the discount from the webpage may be helpful to the merchants.
Flights
- Reservations must be made by phone or email and NOT via the online reservation system
- Please quote your membership number when making your reservation and present your card on check-in
- Discount will be applied to your final payment and not to any deposit required
- Only one card can be applied to any booking – one bill/receipt will be issued.
Accommodation

Dining Out
When two or more people dine together, the following rules apply:
- There will be one bill for the table, no separate checks are allowed and only one card can be applied to any bill
- In all cases, please present your membership card when seated.
- Alcohol is not included in the dining out discounts. The discount applies only to food, unless otherwise specified.
- 2-for-1 dining offers apply to the lower priced meal or item.
- 50% off dining offers apply to 50% off entrée of lesser value.
- Entrée means the main course only. Other side items are not included.

Non-Liability
The HOT Guide/Card, its principles, agents or employees, hereto after collectively referred to as “HOT,” will not be responsible if any merchant breaches its contract or refuses to honor the terms of any benefit. HOT, however, will attempt to secure such compliance, and will provide a local Belize number to contact for such instances. HOT will not be responsible in the event of acts of God, fire, casualties, strike or other events beyond its control. HOT shall have no liability to any member as a seller of any products or services, including, without limitation, any liability for those goods and services supplied by participating businesses. HOT is not responsible for the claims of any advertisers, and shall be held harmless by members from the acts or omissions of any participating business or for printing errors or omissions. HOT’s liability in all events to a member is limited to the amount paid for the membership.
Availability of Discounts
All discounts for goods and services are subject to their availability by the participating businesses. HOT reserves the right to eliminate participating business and benefits may change without notice. HOT is not responsible because of the closure of a business or the discontinuance of merchant’s association with HOT. HOT membership may not be used with other promotions, sales, discounts, or coupons offered by the merchant.
